The leadership must keep this ministry balanced and focused. It is the leadership that will chooses or decides the churches and Para-church ministry. This ministry can cooperate or not to cooperate with whom they choose. Leaders must make sure that our Recruitment procedures reflect our commitment to evangelism and equipping the saint. Every leader must be attending our leadership training and refresher course. High level of commitment is required from every leader. Leaders should stay ahead in holiness, waiting, giving and sacrificing to GOD. Leaders must not raise money for in appropriate projects. Leaders must be loyal to T.P.M. (Transformation Power Ministry) vision. Leaders must be of good reputation outside and inside the ministry. Leader must treat everybody as important. Leaders must reposition and relocate workers until they are in the place they function best. Leaders must give workers jobs according to their personalities and skills. Leaders must reward workers accordingly. |
