Our levels of authority in TPM: (1) Management unit (2) Executive unit (3) Basic work unit (4) Membership unit Every unit in TPM is very important in the planning, organizing and coordinating the affairs of this organization in a practical way. Every member must be doing their part, as 'team work' to make sure that TPM will fulfils it's purpose. Directly or indirectly every member is part of the administration of this ministry as regards to the fulfillment of the vision it's ministry. Although we have departments and departmental heads, our major function is to coordinate our work for a common purpose and goal. We contend that this ministry should consist of those who had responded to the call of Christ and who had covenanted with himself and with each other to live together as his disciples. |
