To set the primary objectives for this ministry. 2. To establish policies and quality standards for the ministry. 3. To plan for the future of the ministry. The work, commission or responsibility of a person in this ministry is an integral part of authority, the amount authority one has must be proportional to the amount of his responsibility in this ministry. One cannot have authority without corresponding responsibility. Every leader in this ministry must be very active, effective and self-motivated. ORGANIZATION OF THIS MINISTRY Transformation Power Ministry is an Evangelistic-Apostolic inter-denominational ministry to reach the lost at any cost and to equip the saints including equipping the ministers of the gospel for the work of the ministry. We recruit people into this ministry from different churches and para-church-ministries, while they will still remain active members in their different churches. The whole world is our scope and TPM is ready to work with people from different parts of the world. |
