We expect every member in this ministry to know his spiritual gifts, natural talent and the area,GOD is calling him in the ministry. Offices, assignments, commission, ranks, responsibilities and works in this ministry are issued out based on call assessment. In call assessment we have three stages: *Call to ministry In general, this is when a new member joins TPM and desires to work with us. He may start with any group in TPM without knowing which particular group he is gifted to work with. *Call to ministry in a specific group In this level he has known the group he can work with them. *Call to ministry at specific task At this level not only does the person known the group of whom he/she will work with--he/she also but knows the particular area he is gifted in and what his/her job duty is in the group. |
