*Workers must abide to the vision of this ministry. *A worker must be a student of God's word. *Must have the willingness to work hard, often with small amount of appreciation or recognition expressed. *Must keep the promises he makes. *Workers confidence should be in the Lord not in the converts. *Must arrive on time on any ministry program or meeting. *Must be a participator in the program, not a spectator. *Must not minister to opposite sex by laying hands on inappropriate places. *Must not speak evil of any minister or church, especially from the pulpit or in public. *Must show respect to the ministers or churches to which he is invited to, or sent to work with either as missionary, teacher, etc., and should not say things that would make the church, or the minister to look inferior. *Should not demand, or charge a fee as a condition for praying for someone. *Must dress decent and formally, example: With modest apparrel, and women in dresses that cover their body. *Should not indulge in illicit sexual immorality. *Workers gifts and works gives him place in this ministry. *Must be patient, kind, good, honest, faithful,and humble, with self-control. |
