The Moon is Blue

Hawkeye and BJ read that this movie was controversial so they tried their hardest to get it to watch. When they finally got it they discovered it wasn't as "dirty" as they had thought. It was shown in the episode "The Moon Is Not Blue."
Sahara

The camp saw this movie so many times that they started to go crazy. Charles ripped it out of the projector. It was shown in "The Moon is Not Blue."

&
Bonzo Goes to College

The camp hated these Bonzo movies. They had to see a lot of them. They were mentioned a few times throughout the series.
State Fair

This is the movie that Hawkeye and BJ got instead of
The Moon is Blue. They refused to watch this squeaky clean movie. It was shown in "The Moon is Not Blue."  Ironically, Harry Morgan appeared in this movie.
Yankee Doodle Doctor

This movie was a 4077th original. A movie director had come to make a movie about the MASH Unit, but the camp decided to take the project into their own hands. They made a slap-stick movie about the Yankee Doodle Doctor. It was all jokes until the end where Hawkeye delivered a "take a look at reality" speech.  It was shown in the episode "Yankee Doodle Doctor."
"Three hours ago this man was in a battle. Two hours ago we operated on him. He's got a 50-50 chance. We win some, we lose some. That's what it's all about. No promises, no guaranteed survival. No saints in surgical garb. Our willingness, our experience, our technique are not enough. Guns and bombs and anti-personnel mines have more power to take life than we have to preserve it. Not a very happy ending for a movie, but then no war is a movie."
-Hawkeye (the ending to Yankee Doodle Doctor)
Gilda

They ended up trading away this movie away even though it starred Rita Hayworth!
The Halls of Montezuma

This was shown in
M*A*S*H the movie.
