One Saturday morning I wanted to go outside before breakfast. My frog was in my hand. I went to my pool and sat on my dad's beach chair. I went inside to get Robin the pair of toy sunglassesI had when I was 4. I went and ate breakfast. My mom was awake. I went back out, but something was wrong! My mom took my chair, the wind turned bitter cold and the clouds turned grayish. My mom said, "Kathryn ,go inside because it's going to rain this morning.
One day my big swimming pool was so dirty my dad had to use a big brush to sweep the dirt. I was bored and had nothing to do. I went outside to see if the pool was clean yet.
He wanted me to get the very big net and wanted me to help him. I went inside to get my frog. I placed it on a beach chair and started to help my dad. When I was finished my dad let me and my frog water the plants. Then we went back inside for some ice cream.
It was so hot so Robin and I decided to swim in our pool. We came to the pool and started swimming. Robin was under the umbrella drinking soda while I was practicing my diving. I put Robin on a pool mat and she pretended it was a sailboat. We had lots of fun in that pool.
Week of 02/24/08
One Sunday, I got baptized and Robin watched me. I was wet and splashed her a little. When we got home, Robin was pretending to be baptized. I told her that you have to be saved before you get baptized. I asked her some questions if she was saved and she said, "I don't know!" I told her if she had Jesus in her heart, she would be saved.
Week of 03/08/08
We stayed in our Riverside house today. We had lots of fun there. First, we ate a full breakfast and I brought Robin so that she could eat too. Next, we watched TV and played soccer. Then we ate McDonald's for lunch and got a toy. I let Robin play with it. After that, we went back to the LA house.
Week of 03/10/08
Today we ate lunch and Robin and I went outside while my mom was weeding. She said we could help by sweeping the weeds of the tiles. I was sweeping the tiles while Robin was cleaning up the dead weeds. When we were cleaning, we sang a little tune for a few minutes. Then the sky turned dark. The crickets were chirping and the stars came out.
Week of 3/17/08
Today, Robin and I went outside. Their were two unfinished gazebos in the backyard. My uncle made them. Kaitlyn an I brought a blanket, picnic mat, and more stuff. Robin was drinking soda in her blue lounge chair, Kaitlyn was pulling her feet in the pool while I was taking a nap on the picnic mat. A few hours later we packed up and went inside the house.

Today Robin and I were getting ready for a party for my oldest sister. We bought a fruit cake, banana bread, and other stuff. Robin and I were swimming in my pool when my mom told me to take a break and goof-off. When the guest came we did sing-along on my TV. Then at night, the kids and teenagers were playing tag and night with glow sticks. When the clock stroke 10:00 the guests had to go home. Robin and I had a lot of fun again.

Today we had a party again. Everybody was there. First, I played with my friend who was a baby. He kept on playing with Robin. Next, Tiago, my sister’s friend was on my computer playing games. Then, the adult guests were watching some TV and some movies. Finally, everybody went home.

Today was my dad’s birthday and Robin and I cleaned up the house. My friend’s were there. We went outside to play and Robin was on the swings. Almost everybody went home but my best friend stayed. We had lots of fun.

Today Robin and I went swimming because it was very hot. I took a dive when Robin was in the shallow end. My dad went out and gave us ice cream. Then my sister brought the radio so we can listen to music. We had fun

Today Robin and I went to Disneyland. We started by watching the parade while we were eating ice cream. Then we went on rides. Our first ride was Pirates of the Caribbean. After that we went on California Sorin’. It was a ride when you pretend you’re on a hang gilder. Then we ate dinner a few rides later. Then we went home.

Today we learned about things from Italy like a Bracere, Conca, and Iron. The bracere is a container to hold hot coal to a room. They put hot coal in the iron to iron they’re clothes. My frog touched and carried the iron and thought it was very heavy. A conca was used to carry water from a fountain to the house. We had fun learning about Italy.
