Techno Teddy
Journal Format
Compose the journal entries as a whole class.  Remember, we want to read about the exciting things Techno Teddy is doing with your class during the week.  Since Techno Teddy is traveling to a different classroom every week, be sure to include the following:
*grade level
*number of students in the class
*location of the school
*class or school web site(s) (if applicable)
*an interesting fact about your area

    Greetings from Ellenville Elementary!  Located in Ellenville, New York, we are a group of 21 second grade students.  Our town hosts H.I.T.S. (Horses in the Sun) every spring.  Visit our website at www.ecs.k12.ny.us.
    
Monday, October 1, 2002
     We gathered around the computer Monday morning anxiously awaiting the arrival of Techno Teddy.  Mrs. Sharoff opened the e-mail account and there was the message!  Jamil is the technology leader for the week, so he printed out the messsage and Techno Teddy.  We can't wait to share our adventures with the rest of you.  Techno Teddy is very excited about the grade level read-along which we will be doing on Wednesday.  He hasn't yet decided on the book he will share with his partner.
