	Located  in Sandakan on the East Coast of BORNEO, the Hostel was started in 1990  and catered for budget travellers and backpackers who want to explore this wildlife paradise. A conveniently located accommodation, cheap, clean, friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. It has facilities for cooking, washing, reading and good information of the areas tourists attraction. The Hostel is surrounded by 4 banks, Indian, Malay, Chinese restaurant and the famous Supreme Vegetarian restaurant, a Supermarket and the ticketing office of Mary Joy 2, the ferry/ship for the Philippines. It is a mere 10 minute walk to the Night Market where you can have a choice of cheap delicious Malay cuisine. TRH as it is commonly known provide a free good breakfast, coffee/tea, drinking water (24 hours), TV and refregerator use and free luggage storage room while you explore the sights. It also arrange the cheapest  trips to Turtle Island, Berhala Beach, Sepilok Orang Utan Sanctuary and the Kinabatangan River. It owns the Jungle Sanctuary Camp in Kinabatangan and co-owner of Sipadan/Mabul Homestay in Mabul Island off semporna.
