To Start, you'll need to understand how Psychological Type works. There are 16 personality types,
each based on four groups:

Energizing-  how and where you get your energy    (Extraversion or Introversion)
Attending-   what you pay attention to when you gather information  (Sensation or Intuition)
Deciding-    what system you use when you decide    (Thinking or Feeling)
Living-        what type of life you adopt    (Judgement or Perception)

While each of us uses all of these preferences throughout our lives, we are more inclined to utilize one
'energizing' method- or 'attending' method, etc.- over another. We'll talk more about how this relates to

Next, you can take a simple, multiple choice test to determine your personality type. While you
can take a more exact test at The Personality Page on the web, the Keirsey test below is free and can be used similarly for our purposes (the keirsey page is an internet address; for www index page:  www.keirsey.com )
