Initially we requested a few tour operators to make a proposal for a two-week trip to South India including Aurangabad, Hampi, Goa and Kerala. We received quite good tours, but prices were swinging out of the pan, as the minimum charge was 2650 USD and the maximum 3700 USD for two persons. We decided to check it out ourselves and found the attractive JET Airways packages (Also Indian Airlines has leisure packages) quite suitable to fill up two weeks. In the same time we decided to go for a JET Airways frequent flyer (we had together 16 flights) in order to accumulate mileage (objective/ free ticket for our next trip). All packages were booked through TCI.

The total cost was 104.840 INR and TCI reduced it to the round number of 100.000 INR (Approx 2100 USD). The food cost was nearly none as most packages foresaw free food/drinks for a certain sum. Find here under the links to our FOUR destinations:
