It is really, a miracle to get job in this knotty state of affairs. I would like to pat on the back of my friends, who are having the same job of Primary School Teacher, as I am. Primary teachers are really, backbone of education. That is why, they should be given various chances to update themselves in this regard, as they compete the forth coming hurdles and obstacles. 12000 PSTs' training was conducted by PITE Nawabshah to promote the knowledge and skill how to teach in modern way in primary schools. Three Phases were determined by PITE at TRC Shikarpur.Two of them have been completed and I am relating to the second phase . Second Phase was started on 9th June 2003 and ended on 19th July 2003.There were 40 male and 31 female trainees in this programme.

There is, no doubt, that some master trainers  were really sincere, whose services will remained fruitful forever, to all the trainees both male & female. It will be fair to have obvious gesture to administration, which remained involved how to embezzle and violate the rights of the trainees. Even they could not feel shy over such a petty attitude, which broke the hearts and minds of the trainees. Various sins and faults were observed in adminstration,even huge money from the lunch programme of trainees was embezzled. This is the core proof of corruption, how dare fully, shameless job was done before all the trainees.

Every one should get education, because it is legacy of mankind. Therefore, teachers should be sincere and honest to give right education to children, but it is not done here properly. Its reasons are not in space, every learned and conscious person is observing that how much corruption is there in education department.

I would like to divert the attention of the visitors of this website site towards the point that the most corrupt officials of education departments are RPs (Resource Persons ) and Supervisors. There is chain in of forgery and corruption from this low to high level. I don't mean that all RPs and Supervisors are involved but countable on fingers, who are sincere and honest. Otherwise, there is running market of bargaining between teachers and these officials............But fact should be accepted that teachers are not sinner as whole in this regard. Teachers are polluted just because of some facilities and so on.

I don't care, what may be, but fact is this the deteriorating standard of education is just because of corrupt RP's and Supervisors, they should be inquired and facts should be collected by the higher authorities that who is the real and more sinner in this regard.
