Elemental Meditation: Being blown by the winds, having the winds pick you up into them, a leaf in the breeze, flying
Herbs: Chamomile, calendula, yarrow, vervain. Fragrant, as many flowers; pungent, as in culinary herbs such as dill; airy, finely-veined, or wind-swept; generally leaves.
