Short Sleeve Yellow : $20.00
Long Sleeve Yellow : $24.00
We decided as a group that we wanted short sleeve. We also decided that CAUTION in BOLD letters and Treancrea in small cursive writing would be both on the front of the yellow shirt. If we had it on the back it would be two set up fees and we didn't want to pay that.
I think the cost is around $18.00 or $19.00 but we will round to $20.00 to be on the safe side. I believe we discussed at the meeting that we would order 20 shirts just to have extras. (We have 17 girls in our unit and 2 advisors)
PLEASE HAVE $20.00 Cash or a cheque made out to (GGC 167 Senior Branches) for tuesdays meeting on the 14th.
We are hoping we can have shirts for JC Winter Camp! That's if the company can do them in 2 weeks.
Jasmine: You will have to talk with either Tanya or Marianne about how to go about paying and going to the company to order etc.

a) Camp (WAS UNIT CAMP IN DECEMBER)

We will be : Playing in the snow; Knitting ;Crocheting ; Playing board games/ card etc ; Sharing time; Warm Fuzzy Sheets; Roses and Thorns
b) Guiding and Souting Nights: Guiding Feb 12 and 13, 6-9PM, Fees?
c) Ottawa Area GG and Ottawa 67's: Friday February 14, 7:30 PM (see flyer)
d) Skate a thon: Sunday Jan 14 (10-4) Don't have to stay all day
Will we do this as a unit? We need to decided this meeting. Sunday coming up. Half of the money raised goes directly to our unit.
It's a chance for our unit to have an outing together and also have fun!
We would also maybe get another outing from it depending on how much money we raise. Each registered skater gets a free hot dog, drink and badge.
e) Cookies (Spring)
How many people are interested in selling cookies in the spring?
We can make a huge profit with the amount of girls we have in our unit.
f) JC CAMP (Jan/Feb)
-We should get the music needed so we can practise our skit
- What songs do we need again? and what order?
- If I can get the names of the songs .....I can burn it onto a cd at Josh's house from the internet
- We should also discuss the hosted breakfast
- Everyone bring ideas w/ you to the meeting
I think we thought of Bagels, also oatmeal w fruit? We need to have a good theme with it
