| Phillip Ratliff & Lennie Geneva Spears Ratliff I called them "Aunt Lynn & Uncle Phillip" This is marriage is one of the two marriage where brothers married sisters. My grandfather, Herbert Hoover (Phillip's half brother) married Lennie's sister Alta Fay Spears. |
