Explorer Coin Patterns
This coin pattern* works great when hunting a site that has moderate to high trash.
Also this pattern allows you to hit the real deep coins that jump around.
*This accepts 22 thru 32 in Digital for high coins, and 4 thru 7 in Digital for low coins.
I like this custom coin pattern, A and B are where high and low coins will
show when next to iron. The tone will sound right but the curser may stick to the left.
The rejected left side is the same as a (-8) Iron mask, and the area accepted
is the same target range as the previous screen*
This is a program sent to me by Tony Hunt (UK). Many other hunters in the United Kingdom are
having great success using this program and Tony had no problem with me adding it here.
PROGRAMME FOR EXPLORER SENSITIVITY- 28 - 32 MANUAL. DISPLAY- SMART SELECT- CLEAR SCREEN. SCROLL DOWN AND ENTER X NEXT TO NAILS, REJECTING THEM. THIS WILL LEAVE A SMALL PORTION OF THE SCREEN IN TOP LEFT CORNER BLACKED OUT. VOLUME- 10 MAX LIMIT GAIN- 6 - 7 . TONE- THRESHOLD 6; VARIABILITY 10; LIMITS 5. SOUNDS- FERROUS OPTIONS -ADVANCED RESPONSE- NORMAL AUDIO RECOVERY- DEEP CAN BE NOISY BUT DIG ALL REPEATABLE SIGNALS ONLY. ON JUNKY TRASHY SITES LOWER SENSITIVITY UNTIL STABILITY RETURNS. |
Tony and his son Paul found a hoard of Roman Silver coins using this program
at a rally meet in southern England.

Here's a coin & jewelry pattern that after adding most US coins, some gold rings,
then widening the accepted area this "old Detector" appeared.

I thought it was pretty interesting. This is how it looked when I noticed it,
I made no additions or changes. Neat huh?.
