Singers pratice at 10:00 am every Sunday and Worship Service starts at 11:00.
Tree of Life Community Church, an American Baptist congregation, began as a vision to plant a new church on the south side of Columbus, Ohio to serve primarily the German Village, Merion Village and surrounding areas.
We are presently meeting at the Maennerchor on South High Street for at least the next few months, with the first official service on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2003.
Here's what's been happening at Tree of Life Community Church
If you haven't visited Tree of Lef recently, you have missed some exciting events. We had speical music guests on two Sundays; local gutarist Rosco Billy Almon and musician Arnette Howard. Memebers Anna Bandstra and Jessica Jackson preach as well as Rev. Don Luck as a guest preacher.
We have started outreach programs such as a canned tuna drive and adopting a famliy for Christmas providing gift cards and toys.
Our church recently purchased hymnals for our service, and started a Bible study during November.
We also have 14 new members During the Christmas fall season Jean Dandrea, Russell Furgeson, Jessica Jackson, Rudy Janota, Beth Erving joined.
