We're Already There!

QuesTec.Com Inc. trading at .45-.50 I find it absurd! QuesTec.Com Inc., a sports & entertainment technology content company. (Market Symbol:QSTI)

I find it enlightening that someone else had the guts to write a story on this company today.

It has been hard for me to express my feeling on this darling of a company but at this point in time I will go out on a limb.

Questec is being used by some of the largest sports leagues in the world, while other companies are trying to enter this sector with features that add to sports content, none have put their heart and soul into the quality and delivery as Questec has. Questec is like a family... it goes way back.

The Red Hot Sector of convergence is in an infant stage so to speak. As the recent rush for pre-programming ventures and alignments has taken place with such companies as LIBERTY LIVEWR (NasdaqNM:LWIRA) , you have to wonder where Questec stands. The part that I find so interesting is that people such as myself although a bit inpatient at times have no problem sitting this inning out, we believe!

Questec.com Inc. trades at a fraction of what other companies in this sector are valued at, in fact one company I am thinking of in particular has a market cap of 325 million, Questec trades at 15 million market cap. (and the market is suffering) Questec.com easily whether on the BB or pink sheets is valued at at least two-four dollars per share when aligned and compared to other companies with less exposure, less TV coverage, less quality and less direct raw exposure.

Where is Questec used, Questec.com is already used by Major League Baseball, they are already used by Fox Sports (all the time!), they are already used by certain Major League baseball teams for data, Interactive game makers for data and other additional sports television franchises.

So what is the problem? In my opinion the problem is that the pink sheets and bulletin boards prevent serious investors from stepping up to the plate. So who is investing in Questec now? I am, I may not be a major Wall Street investment firm but I have directly worked in the stock market before at AG Edwards. I do not represent AG Edwards & Sons whatsoever at this point in my career. Other investors are professional lawyers, doctors, major airline captains, Internet technology consultants, aerospace technology corporations and even a few professional athletes. So in my view the "problem" is not a problem at all but an opportunity to be in the ground floor of a company with direct ties to new media, new content and real-time sports data technology.

Folks sports IS BIG BUSINESS! If this Questec were involved in swimming trunks clothes sales it would be a certainly different story. Fact is it's involved directly with one of the fastest growing industries ever known to man and at this same time it's in that sector partnered and working directly with one of the largest growth branches within this sector. So, to label this directly... Questec is the fire of The Red Hot Sector... technology, new media, content, content delivery and sports interaction.

Has anyone been watching (PVII)? Princeton Video, (Nasdaq:PVII) this company has a market cap of 62 million, recently it was traded at almost 15.00 per share with a 160 million market cap. Once again Questec trades at 1/10 or less in comparison, thus Questec at any time could see a trading range of anywhere from 2,5 or even six dollars.

Princeton video may not be directly related to Questec but could you argue that QSTI and PVII are not related at all? I would say you would be wrong in this argument. The fact is that sports is one of the hottest portions of this ever changing landscapes in convergence and content, consolidation makes sense here as there is surly a need for one company that stands up to bat and proves that sports data, sports advertising and sports content is one in the same, I sure think it is. Why?

Everyone knows sports, everyone loves to watch sports, advertising is big business, why not have a solution? The more you watch sports the more money the advertisers make, so why not have a new advertising type of company also in control of the content? Makes sense right?

Is anyone watching how Netzero (Nasdaq:NZRO) is heavily advertising through the NBA on television? Well if not Netzero made the right move by aligning free access to all the content you may want with sports, after all Netzero.com is what connects you to the internet and once you are on, Questec is the one to show you what really happened in the game, and possibly any game. eReplays.Com (let me add that I think it would be smart for Netzero to offer free cable modem connections such as @home, it would not surprise me to see this in the future) Free superspeed content delivery in every home! I would bet on this.

So with this example of internet access, sports and content including instant replays and the sectors dominance in this growing change in technology what's to stop AT. (NYSE:T) With AT's recent ownership of cable, now being called "Ma-Cable" AT is using it's already partnered @home (NASDAQ:ATHM) Networks and Roadrunner services to add even more bandwidth to the new rush of (buzzword) "individualization" or "Convergence" in every home across the USA & the world.

OpenTV (NASDAQ:OPTV) & Motorola (NYSE:MOT) through ACTV, (NASDAQ:IATV) Inc's ADCO will add even more of a targeted audience, this audience could easily buy sporting events tickets, memorabilia, hats, caps and other items such as sports vacation packages directly from their remotes. Can you say serious (HUGE) additional sponsorhips? Just another revenue stream.

Folks it's all being woven together as we speak, the sector is about to get red hot once again. AOL (NYSE:AOL) did not create AOL_TV for just another kick, this is for directly competing with WebTV. And I almost forgot, do any of you remember that Microsoft(NASDAQ:MSFT) handed over at least 5 billion, that is 5 billion+ to AT to add their Windows CE operating system software to the newly formed giant, "MA-Cable"?! Why do you think they did this? Hmmm, they did this because high speed networks are in demand of content and rich content delivery software.

So this brings us right back to Questec.Com and eReplays.Com why, because Questec.com Inc. has the best content I have yet seen in one of the most closely followed sports worldwide, baseball, professional baseball. Do you like Soccer, I love this World Cup, Questec will be there, the Olympics, Questec will be there, you know that sound... the famous John Williams Olympics theme, think Questec. Skiing think Questec, Cricket, think Questec, Tennis... well Questec already dominates this sport as well on a worldwide scale, Hockey.. you got it Questec is there, Golf, we are already there folks! We are already there!

Questec.com is already there.

What more do you need!?

(All posts are an opinion always! Do your own DD, QSTI is on the pink sheets and should be considered a speculative investment.) Questec could also be a future NASDAQ company, so please think before you invest.
