Good Breath Tonic

First, get a jar (Large or small is ok) and fill about 2/3 way to the top with
*Fresh ginger
*chopped onion and garlic
*fresh cilantro and sage
*Fresh cayenne peppers
*fresh parsley
*ground horseradish
fill to the top of the jar with apple cider vinegar. shake a couple times a day, and after about a week, strain off the liquid into a cup, dump out the chunky stuff, and rinse out the jar. then put the liquid into the jar. this is your good breath tonic! the leftover onions, etc, make a good topping for rice or pasta...it will taste a little vinegar-y, of course, but it's still good!

Cleansing Bath Salts

add equal parts baking soda and sea salt to fill up the jar you want to use. then dump this into a bowl (for mixing) and add one or more of these essential oils:
*sage
*patchouli
*pine
*cedar
*sandalwood  (mmmmmm!)
*peppermint
(remember to use ESSENTIAL oils and not those food oils)
grind the drops of oil into the powder with the back of a spoon. basically, just keep adding oils until it smells good and strong. next time you take a bath, add a few (or more) spoonfuls.
Easy!
