Welcome To The Woods And Water Of Miinnesota
Take a visual hike
through the hardwoods and wild flowers of this Minnesota landscape. When
you get to the bottom of the trail, be sure and take off your shoes and
wade your feet in the cool fresh water of the river, only 7 miles from
it's source under the ground! Look above! It's the eagle! Stay the night
in the little snug tree house overhanging the river bottom. Enjoy your
stay, and please, 'come again' !

GETTING ORGANIZED AT THE TOP OF THE TRAIL - FALL 1997

Filbert has constucted a 'sled' to haul heavy lumber down the 1/4 mi.
trail. The 'sled' is made of old xcountry ski tips and some heavy webbing he
found laying on the road. Clever lad!
