SCREEN DOORS FINISHED, LET'S GO INSIDE ! !
It's been a hot July, but August has arrived and the inside of the treehouse looks great !
The shed is done too, and the doggies have spent their first night there. A peaceful night for Filbert and Hazel, except for the FULL MOON. Nearly frightened them out of their wits ! Too many witch stories, I guess. .

Door detail: the handle is made from a Black Alder tree branch.

North window detail: black bird hooks were a gift from Hazel's sissie out West.
Hazel likes them so much, she went out and bought 5 more black bird hooks ! Hazel LOVES black birds ! ! She says the blue trim represents the river. Clever lassie !

Hazel LOVES a sale. She also uses the plastic coated wire organizer units for storage. Her Great Great Grandmother was born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 1810.
