    Academy: Is responsible for activities for the younger (cadets) members of the ship.

     Operations: Is responsible for maintaining the ship's log, photo album and scrapbook.

      Communications: Is responsible for publicizing the club and handling the all the printing of fliers and posters for the club.

      Intelligence: Is responsible for the newsletter and contact with outside ships and organizations.

      Medical: Has the responsible for the maintaining the crew fitness records, tracking points and promotions, recruitment and orientation of new members.

       Engineering: Is responsible for the physical set up, displays, and props and technical support for the club.

       Science:   Is responsible fot games and activities for the regular meetings, coordinating department programs/refreshment rotation and making games for meetings.

       Security/Marines: Responsible for activities and events outside of regular meetings. This includes setup, running, and planning events.
       Command: This is the Captian and First officer of the Odyssey. They are the final authority for the ship.

       J*A*G*: Duties include: acting as liasion between members and command to address difficulties within the ship.
