Your voice was the first I heard

every morning.

It bid me "sweet dreams" I was

not allowed to have.

Your presence soothed my tender

years until I grew strong.

There is no Vulcan sentiment,

and

Human terms are inadequate to express the depths.

But, in both worlds you are the same spirit.

You are Mother.

You are My Mother.
