I use both enamel and acrylic paints on All of my model kits.
I also use black and brown antiqueing gel for my shadows
with dry brushing over top.
Ceramic gloss gel is used for a gloss effect on such things as eyes.
All "Dracula" images were done with a scanner. I may take camera photos of him just to get different angles.
