NOTE:
We love our model trains,
whether they are Lionel, American Flyer, Marx, or any of the other companies who produce them.
Our club has a permanent layout, regular
meetings, and open houses where the public is invited to share in the model
train experience.
Our club has an open house every Saturday morning from 10
a.m. to 12 p.m. The public is invited to visit and see the trains
running. We also open the building to the public during the weeks leading
up to Christmas almost every evening and during the weekends, too. Our
members meet on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 7:30 p.m. Please feel free to drop in on one of our
meetings if you are interested in joining.
Our club's primary mission is to preserve the colorful
history of trains and model railroading and to present it to the public in an
educational and entertaining way. We like to think of ourselves as a
student-friendly educational experience
We are a non-profit charitable 501(c)(3)
organization dedicated to educating the public about the history of trains and
toy trains. We welcome donations to help us accomplish that
goal. Corporate sponsorship programs are also available.
