| "Gloomy Sunday," written in the 1930's is more recognized as "The Suicide Song." Troubled by "survivor's guilt," the author of "Twisted Fate" obtained an original 1940, 78 rpm recording of the song by the Artie Shaw Orchestra. Although he has played it numurous times, the recording is flawless, without one scratch. It has recently been transferred to digital and the CD is available for a nominal fee.
