Dave. Could you tell us
what it's like working on
the Peckham based sitcom,
"Desmonds"?

David: Desmonds? Nah mate! I wasn't on that program. I always say not to work with children, animals and blackies! Oh aye!
Mtgs: What character do you like to play the most?
David: My favourite roll was when I played "The Fugative" in the 60's on yank 'telly! It wor rayt gud,  aye!
Mtgs: I think you'v picked up a bit of the Yorkshire accent  while being up here filming the drama series, "A Band of Gold", as D.C.Jack Spratt. What's it like filming in Featherstone and Castleford, ("Dentley")?
David: It's not bad. People are nice to me just  because of who I am. Dun't gorget ah wor in "Open All Day" an orl! Tha carn't ay a piss in't street wi art sum bird gerrin er gob rarnd thi toowil!
Mtgs: I think that happens to all who go there Dave. What happened to your Radio show? Its' not on anymore is it?
Dave: Corr blimey no cock!  That all finished when the BBC said I wasn't to be called  "Kid Jenssen" anymore,  just plain "David"! or nothing. I told em to fuck off and die, the bastards!
Mtgs: We really liked the one off program when you went diving with some fish. Are you going to do another like that?
David: Nah! Fuck that! Am scared er watter me! We just
got another bloke to dive and pretend it wor me! Cun't
see ote anyway. That watter's filthy in Brid. (Just like
Spain!)
Mtgs: Oh. We thought it was the Bahamas.
David: Nah mate. We filmed me in a boat in Brid' harbour and underwatter at sea life center.
Mtgs: What do you think of your former co-star of "May to December" Catherine-Zeta-Jones, now she's a big star in Hollywood?
David: Shis a rayt slag! Ah  fucked er loads er times while that fat un that played mi wife watched!
Mtgs: What's it like to be a dad for the first time at your age?
David: Fuck norz! Ah dun't see it.... am ter bizzy!
Mtgs: Are you filming another Only Fools and Horses Christmas special this year.
David: Aye! Filming started 2 weeks ago. Rod Stewart and
that ugly bird ay a sprog in this episode. We got some ugly
fucked in t face dwarf ter play t'babbi!
Mtgs: Do you miss Buster Crabb, that bloke that played
"Uncle Grandad"?

David: No!
Mtgs: Are you still in contact with Ronnie Corbett after the sitcom "Butterflies"?
David: Penfold? Aye him off of "Duckula".
