Dr Andthat as I have explained in my mail to you that the $10,000,000.00 is my share from over invoicing contract during the construction of a second phase of the Nigerian Liquified Natural Gas Plant at Bonny Port-Harcourt Nigeria.
The main issue is as a Director General and a civil servant the Nigerian law does not allow us to have a foreign bank account. There is no how this money will be transferred outside my country or withdraw because it is fixed capital without a foreign partner who will be a bonafide beneficiary of this fund $10m. The money will be transferred into your account, which you will send to me or to the bank while replying this mail, let me reassure you that there is no risk in this transaction only that it is highly confidential which you will keep to yourself alone please. You can see the area that made me to loose to the Osaka-Japan based multi million businesswoman Mrs. Konami yamamoto $8m in my last transaction with her.
There is no way I can go to court because the whole documentations made her the real beneficiary of the $8m and without that there is no way the fund could have be transferred out of this country.
Therefore are you ready for the 20% of the $10m? We will also map out 5% from the $10m for expenses, which we will spend on the course of this transfer to your account e.g. Telephone bills of both sides, cost of emails and cost of documentations etc
Any expenses we made either by you or me before the transfer get to your account will be deducted from the 5% during sharing at your country but please reassure me that you will not sit on this fund when it gets to your account. I have submitted your name to bank for processing and documentations waiting for your bank account and company name.
Please give full attention to the speed this transaction demands as we will use only 21 working days to conclude this transfer, please do not disappointment or upset me. I am capitalizing on you to recover from my shock, which I got from Mrs. Konami yamamoto past experience. Expecting your reply very urgently.
