The show kicked off with Rikishi and Scotty 2 Hotty re-uniting. In a match for the Tag Team titles to take on The Basham Brothers. With Rikishi and Scotty pulling out a stunning win, there were new Tag Team Champs crowned on this night. Next, it was The Big Show set to defend his US Title against Billy Gunn. Big Show beat the hell out of Billy, retaining his US Title. After the break, it was 2 Cruiserweights to battle, Billy Kidman vs Jamie Noble. After a Shooting Star Press, Billy Kidman picked up win. Chavo Guerrero had a few problems with Rey Mysterio over the last few weeks, so he went to Paul Heyman. Heyman announced that there would be a match between Chavo Guerrero and Rey Mysterio, but it wasn't actually Chavo Guerrero, it was Chavo Guerrero Sr. Rey Mysterio beet the legendary Chavo Sr. with a West Coast Pop. Then, in the main event of the night, Kurt Angle vs Hardcore Holly. In a match that I thought would have ended quickly, this match took easily at least a half an hour. And with a different outcome then I expected, Kurt Angle had won the match!
