I am Dori Lyn Lewis. We live in Minden, LA (near Shreveport, LA). Terry Lewis, my husband is an EMT-Paramedic, for American Medical Response. I work for CHRISTUS Schumpert Health System in Sheveport, LA. I have one daughter, Kirsten Lewis who was born August 31, 1998 in Tyler, TX. I also have one step-son, Alex Brandon, born January 28, 1993.
