TRI-COUNTY ANGLERS MEMBERSHIP RULES TEAM CLUB -2009
I. MEETINGS
A. Regular Club Meetings.
Held  the first Tuesday of each month
At The Mutiny on Grass Lake Rd in Antioch, 7:30 PM.
B. Winter Month Meetings
1 First Wednesday of each month
II. TOURNAMENTS
A. Ten regular tournaments per year.
1. All tournaments will be team tournaments
2. Dates and lakes to be picked early in year
a.Classic lake to be picked in July meeting by club
3. Maximum number fish per team is 5 to weigh in
4. Teams that sigh up for tournament are committed no shows will
Be charged for tournament
1a Exceptions to be determined by committee
B. Club Classic
1. To be held at the end of tournament season.
2. To be eligible to fish the classic, you must fish five tournaments and be in good standings.
3. Everyone who is eligible will go to classic
4. The classic lake is off limits as of the draw.
5. Trophies will be awarded for the top 5 places and a trophy for Angler or the year
6. A bump master will be designated for each tournament.
Contestants will drop off fish to him the leave the Weigh in area
7. Anglers will be fishing for payout from Classic Fund.
8. Classic rules will be the same.
III. TROPHIES
A. Trophies to be presented at each tournament for FIRST,
SECOND, and THIRD Places. And big bass

I. REGISTRATION
A. Tournaments will be open to members only.
B. Registration will be done the meeting before the tournament
C. Tournament fees to be paid at the meeting prior to tournament in Cash.
II. MONEY-all fees to be paid in cash--all winnings paid in cash.
A. Membership fee $50.00 per year per person
B. Entry fees $60.00 per team
C. Dispersal of monies
1. classic fund
a. Prize money will come from money dues and monthly raffles.
b. Trophy money, from tournament will come out of entry fees $5.00 per team
c  classic trophy will be bought from dues monies and tournaments
d. $5.00 from each team per tournament will go toward classic fund
2.  Paybacks will be based on 40.00 per boat per tournaments
a. Prize fund to be awarded as follows:
big bass is pulled out $10.00 per team
1st place 50%
2nd place 30%
3rd place 20%
4th place $50.00
5TH place $40.00
4th and 5th monies come off total paid that day before % split
b. Number of payouts
8  boats or less only 3 places
9 boats 4 places
10 boats or more 5 places
3. Ties
a. Ties will be broken by big stringer, then Big Bass.

3. b. Ties for any places will be equally divided, the combined
Total for all prize money for those who tied.
4. IF NO FISH CAUGHT--All prize money will go to Classic Fund.
Total fish caught for tournament-1-Winner gets 50% money
Collected for day, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th place money goes into classic fund
IV. SCORING
A. Points will be awarded on a five-point step-down basis, starting with 100 points for First Place. Based                 on best 8 tournaments
B.  In addition, 50 points will be awarded to contestants with no fish.
C.  Bass only by weight.
NOTE: Minimum size requirements may be changed to local or state regulation
D. .50# will be deducted for each dead fish, before payouts.
E. Courtesy board will be provided by the Club.
F. Short fish-lose your large fish of day determined by bump director of the day
G.  Big Bass if dead .50# will be deducted before weight is determined for big bass
VI. TOURNAMENT PROCEDURES
A. Fees-CASH ONLY
1. Entrance fees will be paid meeting before the tournament
2. Membership cut off determined by club officers
VII. FISHING METHODS
A. Artificial bait only.
B. No gas motor trolling.
C. One rod in water.
D. No alcohol or illegal drugs in boats while tournament is in progress.
E. Live well and alcohol checks will be made prior to launch.
VIII. LATE
A. If late for start of tournament, team must contact club
Member for live well check.
B. If late for weigh-in, team will be disqualified.
IX. TEAM PROCEDURE
A. ALL BOATERS must show proof of INSURANCE paid through 12/2009.
B. ALL BOATS must be equipped with ignition KILL-SWITCH.
C. Proper license is required for every member.
D. All fish must be retained in contestant's boat.
E, ALL BOATS must have aerated live well.
F. Practice cutoff will be 3 days prior to launch time.
G. Team may launch anywhere, but must have live well check,
H. Team subs are possible but only 2 time a year and there will be no points awarded
toward team of the year
I. Life vests to be worn when big motor is running no exceptions
Once check has been made, boat may not leave starting area until
Start of the tournament.
X. MISCELLANEOUS
A. Kick-off and weigh-in will be at designated site.
B. Start and finish times will be from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM finish.
(Unless otherwise announced)
C. If you get a citation or ticket on the lake during tournament you
Will be disqualified from that tournament.
