Storyteller, Actress
A performer for more than 15 years, LeConte' has dazzled audiences old and young through live performances of biblical women, the poetry of Paul Laurence Dunbar, multicultural and interactive folktales and stories and a plethora of stagework.  She has appeared on stage in such plays as From the Mississippi Delta, For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf, and many more.  Her favorite and most grateful role was playing Sadie Delaney, aged 102 in Having Our Say

LeConte' shares stories in schools, churches and community venues throughout the state of South Carolina. She has been a featured teller in the
Moja Arts Festival, Piccolo Spoleto, Summerville Ghost Walk, Folly Beach Ghost Walk, and Let's Share Festival.
