To reserve the accommodation at Trie you should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with payment of the deposit which is 25% of the total rent due. Following receipt of the booking form and deposit I will send you a formal acceptance of the booking.
The balance of the rent is payable not less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period. If the payment is not received by the due date I reserve the right to cancel the reservation giving written confirmation. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period require the full payment at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, refunds of sums paid will be made if I am able to relet the gite, subject to reasonable deductions for expenses or losses. If I cannot re-let the property the deposit will not be refunded. You are strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy (including cancellation cover) and to have full cover for your personal belongings, public liability etc., since these are not covered by my insurance.
The rental period begins at 3 p.m. on the first day and finishes at 10 a.m. on the last day of the rental period.
The maximum number to reside in the gite shall not exceed 8 unless I have given prior written permission.
The swimming pool presents obvious and particular dangers for children. At all times the safety of all members of your party is your responsibility.
Smokers are requested to smoke outside only.
A £100 damage deposit will be required on arrival. Any breakages and/or losses should be replaced, made good or paid for. The £100 will be refunded, less any deductions, after I have had time to check the property and contents.
