| SANTA'S SLEIGH GOES TURBO! by Sammy the Elf NORTH POLE – This year, Santa's getting some help delivering the toys to all the girls and boys. As an early Christmas present, the elves made Santa a new sleigh. Ed, the Head Elf, thought it would be a great present for Santa, so he got a team together to build the sleigh. It doesn't look any different than the old one, but Santa and the toys fit much better, and goes so much faster! The sleigh is lighter and easier for the reindeer to pull, so now Santa can get the deliveries done in record time. Taking off, Santa left only a blur and a trail of stars behind him. He made a trip around the world in two shakes of a reindeer's tail, a full shake off last year's time! Santa said, "The sleigh is the best one ever! It was so fast my head spun!" So keep a look out for a trail of stars and a big red blur on Christmas Eve. You might just catch a peek at Santa in his new sleigh. |

| ELMER ELF AWARDED FOR SELFLESS WORK by Rudolph the Reindeer Our beloved Elmer Elf was awarded the highest accolade given by the North Pole Counsel, ‘The Grand Old Elf Award’. It was bestowed upon Elmer for his selfless work on behalf of the world's children. When asked for his reaction Elmer replied, "It's a family tradition!" Born to Frank and Myrtle Elf, Elmer was brought up to believe in the goodness of Christmas and the joy of giving. It all began with a Toys for Tots drive hosted by the local Air Born Elf division of the US Marine Corp where Elmer’s father was enlisted. “I saw the gleam in his eye, just like our Chief Elf, Santa, and I thought to my self, I want to be just like my dear ‘ol Dad!” From then on nothing could stop Elmer. He was an Elf possessed. Possessed with giving the love of spreading Christmas joy. With 9,037,465 hours of over time it is clear why this jolly little elf was this year’s choice! Vivat Elmer! |

| SANTA HANGS TEN Mrs. Claus managed to capture a quick picture of Santa while he was out surfing during their vacation. Santa had to take a few lessons, but as you can see here he was finally able to stand up on the board and catch a few waves. We're STILL wondering why Santa does everything with his hat on hmmmmm.....Keep your eyes here for more pictures of their vacation and more stories about their adventures. |
