| LA Reunion August 2004 |
| This reunion came about when Daphne Domingo Bate attended her Medical School Reunion in Chicago ,August 2004. A common friend informed Neni ,who lives in Houston, that Daphne would also be coming to LA. Neni decided to surprise Daphne and met her at the Burbank Airport. David introduced Neni as his wife's cousin. Daphne didn't recognize Neni because she was wearing sunglasses. So they engaged in polite conversation. When Neni took her shades off , Daphne's face look puzzled. She tilted her head, studied Neni's face for about 5 seconds and then said, "Neni?" SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Since Daphne was Ongie's classmate in College, we were able to contact Tony Gancayco. This picture was taken at their home. |
| Another close friend of Daphne is Auau Vicente. Auau used to be shy. Not anymore! Tony treated his classmates to dinner at Todai. At Auau's home. |
| More classmates in California. Daphne, Sarah Cervero Gelesko, Neni and Pilar De Guzman Fernando. At Tony Roma's we got treated to lunch by Pilar and a generous tip from Sarah. It felt so nice to do all this catching up. It really felt like High School all over again.. That's why we'd like to meet you again.
