| We put a lot of thought into Val's name. Her breeder, LeeAnn Gutwiler of Gentry Springers wanted "Sky" to be in the name because the litter's dam is Ch. Gentry's Salutaire Skye High (shown above) Since we are huge airplane fans "Sky" made us think of planes. We selected the Valkyrie because it is now truly "one of a kind". Termed by many as, "the most elegant stratigic bomber ever designed". "Rare and exotic" are other words used to describe this most beautiful of planes. One of a kind, most elegant, rare and exotic---that's our Val! |
