The following is a photo virtual tour of some of the tulip beds in full bloom around the City of Ottawa for the Ottawa 2001 Tulip Festival. The pictures were taken by my dear friend, Dan Marcotte, whom I had the pleasure of working with at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
