I, E.B. Williams, of the abovesaid County and State, being of sound mind, but considering uncertainty of my earthly existence do hereby make and declare this my last will and testament, to-wit:

First: My executor, hereinafter named, shall give my body a decent burial, suitable to the wishes of my friends and relatives and pay all funeral expenses, together with all my just debts, out of the first moneys coming into his hands, belonging to my estate.

Second: I give and devise to Lindsey Williams and his wife, my House lot 1105 South Front St. Beginning at a point in the Eastern line of Front St. sixty six (66) feet south of the Southern line of Meares Street, and thence Eastwardly parallel with Meares Street ninety four (94) feet southwardly parallel with Front St. thirty eight (38) feet more or less to the ____ to the _____ of the Eastward ______ to the northwest with the said line about ninety-seven (97) feet to the Eastern line of Front Street. Thence with the said Eastern line of Front St. thirty three (33) feet to the beginning being part of the west half of the Lot No. 2 in Block 3 according to the official plate of said City _______ of James J. Bryan, together with all and singular the tenements thereunto and _____ ______ hereunder before of my belonging to my add _____________ to take care of me in my Life time.

Fourth: I give and devise (marked out)

Fifth: And Lindsey Williams and Wife to pay to John Williams $50.00 and to pay Luther Williams $50.00 and to pay Bertie Hargrove $50.00

I hereby constitute and appoint Lila A Williams my lawful executor to execute this my last will and testament according to the true intent and meaning of the same, and every part and clause thereof, hereby revoking and declaring utterly void all other wills and testaments by me hereinbefore made.
