| In addition to being a great showdog, Becky was also a wonderful brood bitch. Loved her puppies, wanted to stay with them well into their 6th week. And she produced nice puppies as well. Her first litter she produced BPISS/MBPIG Ch Trishamar's Gotta Get Me Some (Sommer). Second litter produced MBPIG Ch Trishamar's Irresistable (Aqina). Third litter produced BPIG Ch Trishamar's Melon Daiquiri. But her fourth and last litter was the one where she really excelled. Bred to Kimlan's Hunter SD, she produced two Canadian Champions, Ch Trishamar's Night of the Hunter (Mitch) and MBPIG Ch Trishamar's National Treasure (Nicky, who is also pointed in the US). She also has two offspring from this litter in Finland, both with Finnish points, Trishamar's Norma Jean Baker (Marilyn) and Trishamar's Naked Gun (Tykki). Mitch has FOUR pointed offspring in Canada, Nicky has one finished Cdn Champion and one pointed offspring in Canada, as well as one son showing in Italy and Marilyn has also produced a litter in Finland. So Becky lives on here, which thrills me every day I'm in the kennel working with these guys or if I'm showing or watching them at a show. |
