Memo Archive Software

Background:

New requirement from SOP Department,
last year, they want all memo from each department to be archived and noted on a book.
I am lazy and I think I am not good in archiving, I am bad with paper!,
so I develop this small software for better archiving of all memo I send and receive
during my stay in this company.
I also can find my old memo easily with query by example feature.
