Downtown Redevelopment

San Diego redevelopment with increased commercial and housing activity has drawn investors and residents into downtown unlike never before.  More San Diegans now live downtown, thousands come downtown to enjoy new restaurants, jazz clubs, and theatres, and the Convention Center generates thousands of visitors who patronize the Gaslamp Quarter, Horton Plaza and Balboa Park.  Now, the expanded Convention Center, Petco Ballpark, and the upcoming, new Main Library as well as the redeveloping East Village will mean more attractions for San Diego.  With its central location, downtown is the best place to invest!
