As usual, our paintballing event was a huge success! 55 Trail Blazer dads's and son's attended this event, which is a new record!!
This year the temperature was perfect and so were the kids. |

There were two teams this year, the "Bands" and the "No Bands". I think it is safe to say that the "No Bands" were the better warriors. We played about 12 games this year, leaving us all pleasantly exhausted. We had only one casualty this year and it was a sixth grader, Andrew McGregor. Andrew took a shot to the head during the Presidents game where he was, of course, THE PRESIDENT! |

He survived to tell all the kids at school and is now a legend on campus. The rest of us just got to brag at work and school about all of our wounds even though most of them were caused by "friendly fire".
Manny was our referee this year and he did a wonderful job of keeping it fair. We can't appreciate the park and Manny enough for all of their hard work.
Maybe next year we won't have to be yelled at during the safety-training course. |
