The Order of the Arrow represents those scouts that best exemplify what Boy Scouts are all about.  They are elected by their peers from within their troop (those that are members and those not members).  The scouts are asked to vote upon those whose service, leadership and camping skills are of the best in the troop.  This is not a popularity contest, but a recognition of those that provide the most to the troop in leadership, training, dedication to service and guide to our younger scouts. 
Chapter meetings are only open to youth and adult members of the Order of the Arrow.

Winitaka Chapter Meetings are the 1st Wednesday of every month at the
Troop 123 Scouthouse at 6:00 P.M.  (706 W. Seventh Street - Winter Haven, FL)
