Job Description:

The Instructor teaches scouting skills.

Reports to: Senior Patrol Leader,   Assistant Senior Patrol Leader

Instructor duties:

1.    Teach scouting skills as needed within the troop or patrols.. 2.    Attends at least 75% of each event type during his service period. 3.    Prepare well in advance for each teaching assignment.          4.    Has good attendance at Troop meetings.          5.    Set a good example.          6.    Enthusiastically wear the Scout Uniform correctly.          7.    Live by the Scout Oath and Law.          8.    Show Scout spirit.

Requirements:

1.    Serves for 6 months. 2.    Must be at least Star Rank or have Scoutmaster approval. 3.    Must be active in the troop.
