|
The Patrol Leader is elected by the patrol and leads the patrol. |
|

Reports to: The Senior Patrol Leader, Assistant Senior Patrol Leader |

Patrol Leader duties: |
|
|
|
|
|
 |
|
1. Plan and lead patrol meetings and activities. 2. Keep patrol members informed. 3. Assign each patrol member a job and help them succeed. 4. Represent the patrol at all Patrol Leaders' Council (PLC) meetings and at the annual program planning conference. 5. Prepares the patrol to take part in all troop activities. 6. Develop patrol spirit. 7. Attends at least 75% of each event type during his service period. 8. Work with other troop leaders to make the troop run well. 9. Know what patrol members and other leaders can do. 10. Set the example. 11. Wear the Scout uniform correctly. 12. Live by the Scout Oath and Law. 13. Show Scout spirit. |

1. Serves for 6 months. 2. Must be at least 1st Class rank or have Scoutmaster approval.. 3. Must be active in the troop. |
