Frank H. Kisselbach
Frank joined Troop 14 in September of 1952 and earned his Eagle - distinguishing himself as Troop 14's first Eagle Scout, in September of 1957. He completed a total of 31 Merit Badges, earning both Bronze and Gold Palms. Upon turning 18 years of age, Frank served Troop 14 as an Assistant Scoutmaster for six years.

Frank graduated with a degree in mathematics from Rutgers University in 1963. He spent the next 40 years in the computer industry as a scientific programmer with University of Pennsylvania,  a consulting systems engineer with IBM and as VP and CTO InfoShare with AtlantiCare Health System. 

He and his wife Jane have been married for 43 years, and have two children and one granddaughter.  Their son earned his Eagle in 1991.   

Mr. Kisselbach remains extremely active in scouting. He spends 3-4 weeks each summer on staff at
Melita Island Scout Camp. He is a Wood Badge Antelope (3 Beader!), has completed Venturing's Powder Horn training and is currently serving as Mullan Trail's District Chairman. He has also been honored by Montana Council as a recipient of both the District Award of Merit and Silver Beaver awards. Frank remains an avid amateur radio enthusiast till this day. He celebrated his Eagle Jubilee in 2007.            "First and Foremost!"
