3 lbs | hamburger |
1-1/2 cups | cracker crumbs or oatmeal |
2 | eggs |
1 can | (8 oz) tomato sauce |
1 | onion |
1 | green pepper (optional) |
1-1/2 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | marjoram |
knife, cutting board, can opener, mixing bowl and foil also needed. |
Chop onion and green pepper. Then mix all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Line inside of oven with foil, and place oven on top of 9 hot briquettes.
Place ingredients in oven, cover with lid, place 15 hot briquettes on lid, and cook for 60 minutes.
