Previous Minutes: Last month’s minutes were approved as written.
Committee Chair’s Report: Nothing to report
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted in writing.
Scout Master’s Report: Nothing to report.
Greenbar Report: No Greenbar meeting this month.
Advancement Chairperson Report: New roster was distributed, but a few corrections are needed; the three new eagle scouts are (or soon will be) 18 and will be removed as well as Jack W.
Quartermaster’s Report: No report presented. Dale will purchase the archery equipment with the funds allocated by the committee for this purpose.
Merit Badge Counselors Report: Pat will send most recent copy of adult merit badge councilor list to Dale.
Activities Coordinator Report: Submitted in writing. Dale is holding a range training session on Wednesday June 20, starting at 6:30pm for scouts and scouters that will be volunteering the range at Cub Scout Day Camp.
Roundtable Minutes: Submitted in writing.
Webmaster’s Report: Still working on the archive section of the web page. Additional historic documents are needed. Gary’s pictures from the canoe prep trip, Antietam Backpacking trip and rafting trip have been added to the web site. It was suggested that we assemble a list of food items that are appropriate for back packing. John offered to lend his Philmont guide for scanning menus/food items. Gary has been working hard to update the phone/email list to include scouts.
Miscellaneous: The committee recommended a 5:30pm departure time for next year’s “We Remember” (from Long gate Park and Ride). Scouts and scouters arrived too early this year.
Summer meeting dates: June 26; July 10, 17; August 7, 14, 21, and 26 (Sunday COH at Rockburn Park)
Next meeting August 20, 2007, starting at 7:00 at Emory Church in Ellicott City
