Committee Chair’s Report: Nothing to report
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted in writing.
Scout Master’s Report: No report presented.
Greenbar Report: No Greenbar meeting this month.
Advancement Chairperson Report:
Not present but emailed a request to have the troop COH on either June 5th or 19th. Committee selected June 5th in order to have it prior to the end of school.
Quartermaster’s Report: No report presented.
Merit Badge Counselors Report: No report presented.
Activities Coordinator Report: Submitted in writing. “We Remember” section showed a meeting time of 5:30pm at the Park and Ride. Based on an email from Mike Holt (event POC), the troop will meet at 4:45pm and leave no later than 5:00pm. Those meeting at the cemetery should plan on being there by 5:45pm. There is a 20th Anniversary patch available for $1.50.
Roundtable Minutes: Submitted in writing.
Webmaster’s Report: Working on the archive section of the web page. Additional historic documents are still needed. Gary supplied pictures from the canoe prep trip and Antietam Backpacking trip. It was suggested that we assemble a list of food items that are appropriate for back packing. Tom S. mentioned at the Antietam back packing trip that the Philmont guide had a list. Dale was viewing old minutes and noticed that the committee allocated funds for archery equipment and offered to pursue this matter. The committee thought this would be a good idea.

Congratulations to Esperanza Wilkens and Randy Strem for completing Wagon Wheel training.
