"Valerie, you don't mean that!" Brian yelled back at her. "Yes, I do." She simply said back to him, "We always have to walk behind you when we leave a hotel or for an awards show, we can't walk the redcarpet with you, we get ushered to our seats." "That's just the business were in, baby. I thought you understood that." Brian said sadly. "I use to but now I miss having my boyfriend around and when he is around...he rather go play basketball!" Valley yelled. "Okay Valerie, we got them back." Melissa said as she walked over to them, "You got Brian all worried here now." "Melly,you thought we were joking?! I am dead serious here!" Valerie just stared at her as Nick put his arm around her. He was still trying to make a point to Ethan. "Valley, C'mon now, stop playing! We got them to realize our point. They love us." Melly said. "Yeah, we do love you guys, Val. Let's all go home an talk about it." Nick said. "No! I'm not going home with you guys! I'm gonna...gonna go out with Jason & Ethan!" She yelled at the others. Jason stood there in shock. "Say what? I mean, we'd love to but...we don't wanna get involved between your boyfriend and you." Jason said. "What boyfriend?" Valerie said as she grabbed Jason & Ethan's arms and they walked off. "Uhmm...what just happened here?" Nick said puzzled. "I'm not sure, but I think Valerie just broke up with me." Brian said as he fell to the sand. "Ah, Bri, get up. She's prolly just still playing the prank on you." Melly told him. "I don't think so, Melly. She's serious. She's gone." Brian looked at Melly with those sad puppy dog eyes. "Aww, Brian, she'll be back." Melly said as she hugged him. She didn't know that for sure but Valerie wouldn't just leave Brian like that. She loved him. Didn't she? Nick, Brian, and Melly headed to Brian's jeep and headed home. "So, Melly, how do feel about Valley said?" Nick asked her. "Well...she's right. We do have to sacrifice having a normal relationship because your tours and stuff. But I love and trust you so much, Nicky. It's just all part of the business." She finished as Nick turned to her, "Thank-you for understanding. I really do love you." He said before he kissed her. "Do you two mind?! Some of us don't have a girlfriend to kiss!" Brian snapped. "Sorry man." Nick looked over to him. "She'll be back Brian. She prolly just needed time to think, that's all." Melly tried to re-assure him. "With two strange guys?" Brian questioned. "Man, calm down. Valley ain't gonna give it up to two strange guys." Nick said. "Thanks Nick, I knew I could always count on you for support!" Brian said as he pulled into Nick's driveway. Melly and Nick got out of the car. "Well, see'ya guys." Brian smiled. "Are you sure you're gonna be okay?" Melly asked. "Yeah, yeah...I'll be fine." Brian said as he speed out of the driveway. "Haha, you and me...alone...all night." Nick said with a huge smirk on his face as they entered his house. "What do you have in mind, Carter?" Melly smiled. "Oh, " he said as he picked her up in his arms, "a little bit of this," He said as he kissed her lips, "and that." He said as he kissed her neck. "Ah, I like your ideas." Melly said giggled. Nick laid her gently on the couch and they began to get all into it. When the doorbell rang. "Just ignore it!" Nick told Melly. "Okay." She whispered. They continue what they were doing as the doorbell kept ringing and ringing until finally someone started banging and yelling at them. "I know you two are in there! Open up!" Brian yelled. "Is that Brian?" Melly said. "I think so."Nick said as he moaned and got up to open the door. "What?!" Nick yelled. "I got home but I was lonely there. So, I rented videos...and I thought we could watch 'em." He said walking past Nick. "Hey Melly....I got movies to watch." He said to her. "That's great Brian...let's watch them." Melly said. "Alright, I'll put 'em in." He said walking to the VCR. Nick sat down next to Melly on the couch, leaving only a small space between them. When was done putting the videos in the VCR, he came and squeezed in between the two of them. Nick just rolled his eyes at Brian as Melly giggled. It was gonna be a long, long night without Valerie.
